A letter to my patients and any patient that suffers from acute and chronic
nasal, sinus, and upper respiratory problems and those who need to protect themselves
from airborne germs.

My family practice is in a county in south Florida with one of the highest percentages
of elderly in the country so my daily patient load consists of people with myriad
symptoms and diseases. Patient nasal and sinus complaints often overshadow their
concerns of heart failure, cancers, arthritis, and even family issues!
In the past I would listen to their primary upper respiratory complaint during visits
and choose something they hadn't tried, to try to help their symptoms. Many
